1) I’m just visiting the area, can I book an appointment time in the kitchen even if I’m not a member?

YES! We would need to verify your food handler certificate and insurance. But otherwise, as long as time is available, its all yours!

2) Do you offer different rates if I book the kitchen for an extended period of time?

YES! At 40 hours or more per month, the hourly rate will drop to $18/hour.

3) What happens if something breaks during my visit?

Please report to the kitchen manager as soon as possible and we can discuss anything further.

4) Is the kitchen registered and has it had all the required inspections?

YES! Licensed with Lake County and the city of Lake Zurich.

5) How can I book a time at Lake Zurich Community Kitchen?

6) Can I cancel a book appointment?

Yes, you can cancel a scheduled appointment time. We ask that you do this at least 24 hours in advance, if possible.
